GREASE SEPARATORS

Grease separators i.e. kitchen grease separators, are devices that serve for separation of animal or vegetable fat from waste waters from kitchens, canteens, restaurants, dairy farms, slaughterhouses and plants for processing meat and fish… i.e. from everywhere where the food with grease is made and where the dishes are being washed.
Grease separators while separating animal and vegetable grease prevent sticking them to stick on sewage tube walls and congestion, and on that way they also prevent environmental pollution.

DAL d.o.o. grease separators made of polypropylene are, regarding construction and functioning, build in everything according to relevant European standard EN1825.
Depending of daily number of meals and the type of canteens or kitchen (restaurant kitchen, hospital kitchen, student canteens…) DAL d.o.o. can make a selection of nominal size of kitchen separator needed for concrete case in accordance with EN1825 standard, and offer appropriate solution to the customer.
They are light, relatively small dimensions, long-lasting and easy for installation and maintenance, so they are suitable for use as grease separators for restaurants, separators for kitchens and separators for food and meat industry, both for small and large capacities.

DAL d.o.o according with EN 1825 produces kitchen grease separators in capacities, nominal dimensions from NS= 0.1 lit/sec to NS = 15 lit/sec, in two construction types: vertical and horizontal type.
