PLASTIC TUBES

Dal. D.o.o. produces open tanks of plastic, so called plastic tubes, from high density polyethylene (PEHD) which is ecologically acceptable and has extraordinary mechanical features, and above all high resistance to breakage.
As usual proof of absolute regularity HDPE for storage drinkable water, with the tank attached are appropriate attests of its healthy regulations issued by specified government institutions.
In our region this vertical tanks –tubes have found use as tubes for fruit fermentation as well as tubes for cabbage acidification. This polyethylene tubes can pair with two types of mobile, non-sealing lids – “top” lid and “swimming” lid (inner). Tubes with swimming lids are usually used for wine storage.
Tubes with lids can be named as “tubes with water sealing” (“tubes with water jets”) in witch is achieved on simple way – with construction of tube and lid – absolute sealing of tube from gases that are “heavier” then water, here the water seal has a function of a dish where the fermentation is carried out so we can call them tubes with dishes for fermentation.
Our plastic tubes are resistant to sun light don’t have odors, nor do they absorb odors of material that is inside them so these plastic tubes can be used for:

• Food storage
• Storage of drinkable water
• Storage off cereals
• Storage of many chemicals.

Next to persistence to atmospheric influence, because they can be outside without any problem, great advantage in regards to wooden tubes is small mass, with it easy manipulation, as well as easy washing, cleaning and maintenance.
A life of HDPE is 100 years, and the material is, if needed, 100% recyclable which is one more point for ecological features of this tubes.

They are placed exclusively on flat pads.
